Symptoms

The charger indicates charging but does not reach solid green in the expected charging period.
The robot drives and sprays, but the cleaning head lacks its normal scrubbing vibration with a wet pad.
The robot runs normally but the charged battery lasts far less than a typical job.
The pass count or spray behavior does not match the installed wet, damp, or dry pad.
