Repair information
Content is provided to help you understand equipment problems. It is not a professional engineering, electrical, or safety certification. You are responsible for deciding whether you can perform a repair and for following manufacturer instructions.
Purchases and access
- Full manuals and some bundles are sold through Stripe Checkout.
- Provide a working email address. That address is how you recover access.
- After payment, access is delivered through success pages, download links, and/or online viewing links. Files are available only when the corresponding PDF has been published.
- A purchase grants you a personal right to use the manual for repairing equipment you own or service. It does not grant a right to republish, resell, or share the files publicly.
- Refund terms are not described on this page. Any refund policy will be stated at checkout or in separate purchase communications.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish manuals or catalog pages beyond ordinary browsing.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, token links, or access checks.
- Do not use the request form to send malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Do not interfere with the site’s operation or other users’ access.
Intellectual property
FixBeforeBuy and the original compilation of our pages, previews, and purchased manuals are protected as our content or as content we are licensed to offer. Manufacturer names, logos, and model numbers are used to identify products. Those marks remain the property of their owners. We are not the manufacturer and are not an authorized service network unless a specific page expressly says so.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that a given model will remain listed. Catalog entries can be updated, unpublished, or corrected.
Limitation of liability
Repair work is undertaken at your own risk. The site and its content are provided as available, without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Additional limitation-of-liability, indemnity, governing-law, and dispute-resolution terms may apply once published for the operating entity.
