No public customer accounts
Browsing the catalog does not require an account. Customers are not asked to create a username and password. Staff admin sign-in is a separate, non-public area and is not a consumer account system.
Information the public site processes
- Checkout email — entered when you buy a manual or bundle, used for receipts, fulfillment, and purchase recovery.
- Missing-manual requests — email, brand, model, and problem description submitted through the request form.
- Purchase-recovery requests — the email you say you used at checkout, so access links can be sent.
- Optional repair feedback — submitted through a private token link after a purchase, not a public profile.
- On-device data — language preference, cookie preferences, theme, and purchase-access tokens stored in the browser.
- Technical logs — our hosting and application services may receive IP address, browser information, timestamps, and similar request metadata. Specific retention periods are not listed on this page.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. You leave this website to complete payment on Stripe. We do not collect full card numbers in our own forms. Stripe’s privacy terms apply to data you submit on Stripe-hosted pages.
Analytics
The site may load Google Analytics 4 when analytics is enabled for the deployment. Page views on most public pages may be sent to Google. Some private purchase areas are excluded from measurement. Analytics may load before you save cookie preferences, depending on site configuration.
