Symptoms

The rear caster chatters, drags, squeaks, wobbles, or refuses to swivel.
The pad no longer lies flat and interferes with smooth travel.
The robot refuses to start and reports two beeps after the two-tone distress sound.
The robot is trapped, tilted, moved, or unable to continue a clear path.
The running saw jumps, vibrates against the work, snags, or kicks backward or sideways.
The same rooms now exhaust a full charge far earlier than the owner baseline.
The pack will not click into the rear bay or springs loose during handling.
The robot refuses charge because the pack temperature is outside normal range.
The corner brush stops, loosens, wobbles, or leaves edge debris behind.
The Clean Base reports a clog, leaks air, or releases dust from the path.
The robot repeatedly reverses, circles, or turns away on a clear, level hard floor after placement causes are ruled out.
