Symptoms

The charger light remains dark with the charger connected to a known live outlet.
The 200-series robot is awake nearby, but the iRobot app cannot add or connect to it.
The pad no longer lies flat and interferes with smooth travel.
The robot drives and sprays, but the cleaning head lacks its normal scrubbing vibration with a wet pad.
The correct wet or damp cycle leaves pooling or substantially more water than expected.
The robot moves, but one wheel makes repeatable noise or feels rough through rotation.
The robot reports four beeps immediately after an attempted start.
The robot will not start, or stops after a pad falls off, and reports three beeps.
The pack will not charge, or the charger light stays off or shows an abnormal red pattern.
The charger indicates charging but does not reach solid green in the expected charging period.
With a secure known-good blade clear of the work, the saw has harsh sound, bind, or vibration.
The running saw jumps, vibrates against the work, snags, or kicks backward or sideways.
