Symptoms

The Clean Base does not evacuate the bin after self-dock or app command.
The robot wakes but the battery level does not rise on the Home Base, or the app announces a charging error.
The app can move the robot, but the top buttons do nothing locally.
The robot drives and sprays, but the cleaning head lacks its normal scrubbing vibration with a wet pad.
The robot is charged but cannot drive off the Home Base when a job begins after clearance and placement are proven.
The job ends with a docking problem or the robot cannot find the Home Base after placement, clearance, and map-start checks are corrected.
CLEAN stays dark after the robot has rested on a powered Clean Base.
The app reports Error 21, 25, 34, 38, 39, 47, 66, or 76 and the robot cannot reliably continue.
The robot charges fully, but ends early with low battery, repeatedly recharges, or cannot reach the Home Base before Error 46.
