What your purchase includes
- Access to the paid repair manual content for the specific product you buy
- Online viewing of the purchased manual where that feature is available
- Download of the published PDF for the purchased manual and the language selected at purchase, when a PDF has been published for that locale
- Purchase recovery using the same email address you enter at checkout
What your purchase does not include
- Live repair support, phone support, or technician dispatch
- Parts, tools, or replacement equipment
- Guaranteed repair success for your specific unit
- Rights to republish, resell, or redistribute the manual
- Access to other manuals you did not purchase
