Symptoms

The brush-frame door sits proud, springs open, or will not latch securely.
The pack will not click into the rear bay or springs loose during handling.
The top lid stands proud, will not latch, or the robot reports Error 45 when a job starts.
The bin will not seat flush, the filter will not stay placed, or detection fails.
The pad card stops short, binds, or will not remain seated in both underside rails.
The battery will not insert fully, click into place, remain retained, or release normally.
The robot stops or will not proceed and reports one beep after the two-tone distress sound.
The robot will not start, or stops after a pad falls off, and reports three beeps.
The tool-free blade-clamp release lever will not reach full open or close securely.
The collar will not align or hold, or screwdriving clutch cut-off is absent or premature.
The shoe will not pivot freely, is bent or loose, or will not sit firmly against the work.
The pass count or spray behavior does not match the installed wet, damp, or dry pad.
The drill runs steadily but drills slowly or cannot drive a normal fastener with correct setup.
The rear caster chatters, drags, squeaks, wobbles, or refuses to swivel.
The charger will not begin or complete charging, or its green light does not behave normally.
The pack will not charge, or the charger light stays off or shows an abnormal red pattern.
The Clean Base has no status response or cannot pass charge to the robot.
The cool drill begins to run, then stops during a brief no-load test or light work.
