Symptoms

The robot cancels a mission for a navigation problem or ends somewhere other than the Home Base after route and map state are ruled out.
With the clamp lever working, a correct blade will not enter fully or fails the hand tug-check.
The app can move the robot, but the top buttons do nothing locally.
The collar will not align or hold, or screwdriving clutch cut-off is absent or premature.
The robot stops or will not proceed and reports one beep after the two-tone distress sound.
