Симптомы

A known-good compatible charger begins its normal charging cycle, but the cycle repeatedly stops, restarts, faults, or continues abnormally without reaching completion.
A hand-tightened bit slips, visibly wobbles, or its tip runs off center when the drill turns.
The charger green LED does not flash, never becomes steady, or the battery remains discharged.
The bit passed initial insertion, but backs out, falls free, or loses drive while the chuck body stays secure.
The forward/reverse button sticks, commands the wrong rotation, or center does not lock the trigger.
The trigger binds, the drill continues after release, or speed does not follow trigger pressure safely.

The tool starts and runs at no load, but stops abruptly on an ordinary fastener with no jam or twist.
A tool-free knob is frozen, cross-threaded, spins without effect, will not clamp the bar, or cannot hold the set tension.
The tool works until the pack, handle, or tool is bumped or shifted, then loses power.
The chain is hard to pull around the bar, the bar becomes unusually hot, or smoke appears without an electrical odor.
Smoke, burning odor, melting, liquid, active sparks, swelling, hissing, or severe pack damage is present.
The bar is bent or cracked, chain links or cutters are broken, or the guide-bar scabbard is split, missing, or will not stay on.
