• Pack is still hotter or colder than it feels externally
• Charger vents are blocked or location is too hot
• Battery temperature sensor or pack electronics have failed
• Charger temperature-detection circuit has failed
• Battery is damaged and should not be charged

1. The yellow light turns off and normal red-blinking charge resumes after temperature recovery, or the failed complete pack/charger is isolated.

Remove the battery and let it reach normal room temperature naturally; do not heat, refrigerate, freeze, or force-cool it.
