1. The DCB115 charges a known-good pack and the single refused pack is conclusively isolated, or the charger is routed to FM-01/service.

Unplug the charger and remove the single rejected pack; inspect it for heat, cracks, swelling, leakage, wetness, burned terminals, or deformation and use FM-17 if any are present.
