With the blade clear of all material, the saw runs unevenly, repeatedly changes speed, or cannot reach its normal steady no-load sound.

• Battery is weak, temperature-protected, loose, or making poor contact
• Blade or lower guard is rubbing because of incorrect assembly or damage
• Vents are blocked and the motor/electronics are overheating
• Trigger, electronic module, motor, bearings, or gear drive is failing

1. The blade accelerates promptly to a steady normal no-load sound and remains free of rub, surging, and intermittent power.

1. Release the trigger, wait for the blade to stop, remove the battery, and do not make a cut while no-load speed is unstable.
2. - Inspect the battery fit, contacts, blade clamp stack, guard clearance, and vents - correct dry debris, visible rub, or assembly error.
3. Hand-turn the blade with the battery removed to check for smooth free rotation without scraping, then install a known-good fully charged compatible pack.
4. Make one brief no-load run with the blade clear and listen for steady acceleration and speed.
5. If surging, intermittent power, or low no-load speed remains, stop use and route the saw for authorized switch, electronic, motor, bearing, and gear-drive
