FM-11: The Worklight Does Not Work Normally

The worklight is dark or flickers, or its delay after trigger release is abnormal.

• Battery charge is too low for a valid test
• Trigger is not moving far enough to activate the light
• Lens area is blocked by dry debris
• LED or wiring is damaged
• Switch or electronic control fault

1. The worklight activates with the trigger and turns off after normal delay.

1. Remove the saw from the work and install a charged known-good battery.
2. Operate lock-off and trigger briefly while watching the light.
3. Brush only loose dry debris from the lens area and repeat the no-load timing check.
4. If the light stays dark, flickers, or times incorrectly, use qualified service.
