Cauze probabile
- Debris or a raised edge blocks a rail or contact channel
- Battery is misaligned or is not a compatible V20 interface
- Battery shell or tool rail support is swollen, cracked, or distorted
- Release latch or contact block is damaged and out of position
Verificări rapide
- A compatible battery slides smoothly to the latched position, or the damaged insertion path remains out of service.

- Dry-clean both rail paths and accessible contacts, then inspect the battery shell and tool foot for burrs, swelling, cracks, melting, or misalignment.
- Approach the rails straight with a known-good compatible V20 battery and confirm whether it reaches the latch position smoothly.
- If two sound packs bind at the same point, keep the tool unpowered and route the rail support, contact block, or housing damage to qualified service.
- Stop pushing and withdraw the binding battery straight off the rails without twisting, striking, or levering it.
