NO WORKLIGHT OR MOTOR RESPONSE

WORKLIGHT COMES ON, BUT THE MOTOR WILL NOT START
With a charged pack installed and direction selected, the trigger produces no light, sound, or anvil movement.
The motor runs normally, but the LED is dead, dim, or intermittent with trigger use.
A straight bit traces a visible circle at no load instead of rotating on a stable centerline.
The accessory catches or stops in the material and the tool reacts sharply in the hand.
