1. The saw completes a supported cut without binding, stalling, or kickback.

1. Release the trigger and hold the saw still in the kerf.
2. Wait for a complete stop, remove the battery, then free and support the workpiece correctly.
3. Check blade condition, direction, depth, bevel locks, and the cut path for obstructions.
4. Restart only with the blade centered and teeth clear, then verify a controlled supported cut.
