症状

The motor can be heard, but the front output remains still in both directions with the bit removed.
The charger shows charging or hot/cold delay, but the pack never reaches its normal charged indication.
The collar moves normally, but the clutch ratchets before a suitable fastener reaches normal depth at appropriate settings, or it audibly slips when drill mode is correctly selected.
Motor runs, chain does not
The motor can be heard, but the chain remains stationary or only twitches while the trigger is held.
The pack is swollen, leaking or wet, smoking, sparking, melting, giving a strong burning or chemical odor, or dangerously hot during charging, use or storage.
With no accessory load, the front drive makes abnormal metallic noise or feels rough.
THE DRILL WILL NOT START WITH A CHARGED KNOWN-GOOD BATTERY
ドリルまたはbatteryが煙を出し、漏れ、膨張し、溶け、焦げ臭くなり、激しく火花を散らし、配線が露出します。
The drill or battery becomes rapidly or severely hot, or little cooling air can move through the tool vents.
