• Bright ambient light masks the indicator
• LED, lens, or internal indicator connection is failing
• Indicator-control circuit is latched or damaged

1. The indicator clearly matches actual charging and completion, or the charging outcome is normal and the indicator-only fault is routed to service/replacement.

1. If the indicator remains unreliable, stop relying on it and have the complete charger serviced or replaced; do not open the housing.
2. Unplug the charger, remove the pack, and clean only the outside of the indicator lens and legend with a dry soft cloth.
