Sandsynlige grundårsager
- Battery family is not compatible with DCB115
- Battery is reversed or misaligned on the rails
- Dry nonconductive debris obstructs a rail or stop
- Pack rail or retention feature is deformed
- Charger rail or cavity geometry is damaged
Hurtige tjek
- A sound compatible pack slides straight to the fully seated and retained position without force, or the faulty complete item is identified and removed from service.
Reparationsforhåndsvisning
- Confirm a genuine compatible pack and correct orientation, then remove only dry nonconductive debris with a soft nonmetallic brush.
- 6 Slide rails and mechanical stop Align the pack to the seated position without force.
